The author of Melt87 is Leonard Lerman. His email adress is
lerman at fang.mit.edu. The program is not in the public domain. You can
obtain this program for the PC (DOS) by contacting him. He will then send
you a diskette with the relevant content, i.e. the latest version. He has
told me that it will be possible to obtain a version of the program with an
upcoming book on the subject of denturing gels, where he is the editor.
Alternatively, using his source code and permission, I have hacked a
version for the Macintosh. In accordance with him, it is possible for me to
send you a version for the Mac (without source code), provided you write
him a message acknowledging you have received a copy.
