Can anyone tell me if an "up to date" version of the program BIOSYS-1 is
available (reference below). I suspect that most of the functions are
available elsewhere (esp the implementation of cluster analysis & distance
coefficients: Clustalv & Phylip). I have a user who is insisting on a
definitive statement.
Any suggestions on the data processing of electrophoretic data --> genotypes
would be particularly appreciated.
