GCG unix - up-arrow in history function????

tcsh has been installed as the default login shell on our SGI server.
We then installed and are running GCG in this environment, and haven't
yet had any trouble with tcsh. The UP arrow key works fine with the history
file. No modification is needed for installing GCG in tcsh.
