I use Chem3D Plus on a Macintosh, and use BioSym software on a Silicon
Graphics computer (which has an ethernet interface), thus I can ftp from
one to the other. My problem is that while I can look at, say PDB, files
from the silicon graphics using Chem3D, I am having trouble viewing Chem3D
files (saved in a format "compatible" with the BioSym software) in BioSym.
Apparently there are problems reading the Cambridge file, and sometimes, it
doesn't even recognise the file as a molecule.
Any help would be appreciated.
