I'm trying to find any kind of software that will take an amino acid
sequence and generate a picture showing membrane spanning regions and
inner and outer membrane connections. Basically anything that will chain
together the letters and enclose them in circles will do, provided the
resultant file can be edited. Has anyone seen such a program?
