Are vector sequences available through genbank.bio.net?

Dennis,

The quick answer is Yes they are, however the specific data mentioned
are not in the database--in response to your message we have already
left messages with Dr Heiter to see if he could supply us with the data in
electronic form, however it is possible, as with so many of these
sequences, that there is not a complete sequence, as this vector is a
construct from pBLUESCRIPT with inserted yeast selectable marker genes.
Hence the best we might come up with is the confirmatory sequence data
for the inserted elements.

We will let you know how this transpires.

Regards,
