After asking around if anyone had updated templates for the revised NIH
grant form PHS398, and getting no responses (but many requests to pass
them along when I found them), I finally made the revisions myself.
I have posted a file containing these Word 4/5 and Excel 2.2 files to the
newsgroup bionet.resources. Download this file, un Binhex (4.0) and
UnStuff to use.

P.S. I don't have the DOS equivalent to these files, but the Word template
could be saved in Word for Win format and may retain the proper formatting.
