Can you help me out?
I'm looking for computer programs which will draw a
Richardson style ribbon diagram of a protein structure. The
best program would place arrows over beta-sheets and cylinders
over the alpha-helixes of a known protein structures.
We have a variety of machines, capable of supporting
most software. (Macs, PC's, VMS, and Unix)
If you know of such a program or someone who would know,
kindly contact me.
Sincerely,
John L. Marquardt
