If someone could direct me to a set of filters for merging
the Genbank updates into my installed Genbank I'd be greatly
obliged.
As I understand it, this should be no more complicated than
concatenating the received updates, sans news headers, and
rebuilding the indexes to reflect the additional loci,
accession numbers, and so on.
I would be running these on Unix as archive commands from
the C news expire phase. I have Perl installed, if there's
a solution that requires it.
