As already explained in some recent postings, ACEDB is a software
originally written for managing the C. elegans genome sequencing project.
Apparently, it can be used for other genomes as well (in fact it is) and
should run on any Unix machine with X11.
The guy who writes and develops it in connection with Sulston' lab
is Jean THIERRY-MIEG, located at Montpellier (France).
