Rob Jones and others have dealt with some of the issues, but I think
that this just points out once again the need to dump older networks
and upgrade. People are always asking me for justification to make
the change. Here's yet another one and a good one too.
In general those on JANET (which in most places does not run TCP/IP)
and on BITNET/EARN are just going to be plain out of luck.
