There is a linkage analysis package available from the Gene-Server and
EMBL file servers and the IUBIO and FUNET FTP servers, called MuMac.
I don't know anything about linkage analysis so I haven't tried it.
BTW, it's entirely in French. I don't speak or read French but I
didn't have any trouble navigating around it or figuring out what was
going on (or rather, supposed to be going on).
