I know of GelReader, Image and Scan Analysis for analyzing scanned gels on
the Mac, but does anyone know of any other, possibly commercial software?
In particular is their a dedicated gel analysis package that quantitates
whole bands, like the Millipore or Molecular Dynamics systems? I know this
would be very processor intensive. I believe FotoDyne (?) publish a package,
any clues?
