Does anyone know a program for the Macintosh that will aid in de- signing PCR primers ? I have just seen a program from BIOSOFT and would like to know whether there is anything more sophisticated D C around. g. Please reply to COLLET at SCRIPPS.EDU. Thanks, Thomas
