A beta release of LoopTool is now available on golgi.harvard.edu. Looptool
is a program for displaying and manipulating RNA secondary structures. It
is based on a program LOOPSOL by Gary Olsen at the University of Illinois.
The program is located in pub/contrib/LoopTool.tar.
Full instructions are included for tying the program into GDE, and
it can be used with the sample data sets in the demo directory of the
standard release of GDE.
The program is available in SparcStation binary form, and no source code is
available at this time.
Be sure to fill out the registeration form included with the release of GDE
if you haven't done so yet.
