There has been some discussion about PD computational deconvolution
software on the CONFOCAL at ads.com list recently, and I suspect that many
people would be interested to know if anyone has written software that
they are willing to make available at nominal cost for academic/research
use.
My own interest is in the reconstruction of plant cell wall images from
light microscope optical sections as described by Agard et al.
Commercial packages exist, of course, but they are expensive ...
