I am looking to get a copy of D.G. Thomas's FORTRAN program that computes
exact confidence intervals for the odds ratios in stratified sets of
2 X 2 tables. It was originally published in Computers and Biomedical
Research v.8, 1975. (We don't want to enter it by hand, as it runs
to about 700 lines.) So far as I know, it is in the public domain.
Could someone suggest how I might get a machine readable copy? (Or,
if there is another program out there that does this, we'd of course
be equally interested. This is not a procedure available on any of
the standard packages, e.g., SAS).
