I'm trying to make a program (in C) that is able to mate two
animals or plants and, given their genetic constitution, come
to an prediction about the likelihood of the genotype of their
offspring.
Now, since this isn't the most simple kind of program, I was
wondering if someone knows whether such program already exists
(preferably source code), where I can get it, or whether he/she
has some useful hints or references.
