inquiry regarding the availability of a pig codon usage
table. We received many responses and very valuable
information. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to
respond and sharing the information.
In the meantime, we came across a recent publication which
tabulates the codon usage of various organizms: Wada et al,
Codon usage tabulated from the GenBank genetic sequence
data. Nuc. Acids Res. vol. 18, p. 2367. (1990). I thought
it may be of interest to you.
