BIONET is defunct and all software was transferred to Dan Davison at
the University of Houston and to the EMBL. There still are copies of
the old programs on GENBANK.BIO.NET (there is no such host as
bionet.bio.net). They are free for the taking, but they are no longer
supported or updated, and might be removed eventually.
