Can anyone summarize the contents and availablity of the various
Restriction Enzyme lists? I know of Dr. Rich Roberts database but I
undrestand that there are others as well.
Is the Roberts RE dtabase available through a mail-server distribution
system? (I am not on the internet.)
Has there been any thought of putting the list on the GenBank server and
distributing it with the sequence data?
I think this is an important issue since finding a good restriction site
can make or break an experiment.
