The association of the chemical reactivity with the shape of a molecule is
very similar to QSAR(quantitative structure activity relationship). The
best researchers in the country I am aware of in the field are Dr. Peter Jurs
at Penn State(chemistry department) and Dr. Irwin Kuntz at U. California-
San Francisco(pharmaceutical chemistry department).
