May be I'm wrong, but I suspect that the IntelliGenetics package is\
entirely built for UNIX. May be there is not a version for your
specific machine, but I doubt it.
On the other hand, the programs by Pearson and Lipman (FASTP
and FASTA) are in the public domain, entirely written in C and should
no pose any problems when ported to Unix. (Again I suspect they have
a Unix version, you can contact them to get it).
And probably lots more. Also, almost any P.D. program written
in C should be portable to any Unix platform (if well written).
