Any information about sequencers NGS for next generation sequencing of
transcriptoma mammalian organism
a-Mi Seq (Illumina)
b-Ion Torrent/Proton Torrent (Life-Techno.App.Biosystem)
c-454 GS Junior

-Which is better for the transcriptoma analysis in sequencing?
-another application of that?
-better performance and accuracy of sequences from the 3 sequencer.

thnks a lot
