[Automated-sequencing] Surfactant in 5xABI buffer?

I noticed last week that when I shook a bottle of "5X" ABI buffer (a 
stock now supplied with all Big Dye 3.1 purchases), I saw bubbles that 
would suggest the presence of a surfactant. The canonical recipe for 
"5X" ABI buffer, see:

for example, includes no surfactant.

What do you think? Is there now a surfactant in "5X" ABI buffer?
