I am a new user of ABI Prism 377DNA Sequencer. I found some information from internet and do know that you are familiar with ABI Prism 377DNA Sequencer. I used to use LI-COR, and I used both E labeled primers-- IR700&IR800 in amplification. I am now writing would like to ask you can I use 3 E-labeled primer such as 6-FAM, TAMRA and JOE in a PCR reaction? I should be very grateful if you could give me some recommends about that.
