I am not sure this is the right newsgroup but this is the
closest I could find.
I remember reading, a few years ago, an offer for free
sequencing of cDNA library related to cancer (biopsy, or cell
lines...). However, I can't remember where I saw this offer.
Does this ring a bell ? Do you know if this is still the case ?
