When I get the time I will have to try Phillip's lower BD dilution.
Currently I am doing a 2 minute extension with BDv3.1 on plasmids. I
do at least 50 cycles and normally let it go 99 cycles overnight and
run them in the morning on the 3700. They go out to 700-750 bases and
I don't see any problems.
