Data from ABI 3100, Phred quality values

Edith,

	We have noticed a skewing of quality values in the 60-70 range with the latest version of Phred (0.02.0425.C) versus the old version in our 3700 data.  See the distributions below.  We asked the author but have not recieved a response yet.
