Some-help sequencing of pDONOR Gateway vector

Hi Alejandro,

	In house, we run all Gateway vectors with 700ng of DNA. This clears
up most of our problems. If we have an insert that we know to be high GC
I'll generally add Thermofidelase. I use BigDye 3.0 on an ABI 377. I'm not
familiar with the Amersham instrument and its procedures. You may have more
tweaking to do but you can give this a try.
