Hi,
we use M13 forward and reverse primers for sequencing. The M13 forward
primer binding site is adjacent to the T7 primer binding site, whereas the
M13 reverse binding site is close to the T3 primer binding site. The
sequences are listed below:
M13 Forward Primer:
5'-GTAAAACGACGGCCAGTG -3'
M13 Reverse Primer:
5'-GGAAACAGCTATGACCATGA -3'
We were able to get the complete sequence of the inserts.
