SAP IT dye terminator removal

Hi All,

	A new scientist in our lab suggested I use SAP IT for dye terminator
removal instead of my usual sephadex. According to him it requires no
filtration and no precipitation and it's all the rage in other labs.  I've
never heard of this method before. He's unsure of the vendor. Has anyone
heard of this and if so how does it work for you?
