I'm trying to align some large genomic sequences, 200 kb in length, and the
DNA Star
Megalign program cannot handle it. I need to be able to match sequences from
the mouse genome,
from Ensembl, to large clone sequences from GenBank, to try to fill in
the holes in the genome sequence.
Can anybody offer advice on what programs I could use?
