Hello all.
I have two questions.
1) When sequencing microsatellites (big dye V 3.0) it seems that every time
the enzyme falls of into the microsatellites repetition. Is there a way to
sequence right thru that repetition ?
2) I was wondering if somebody new about a workshop on advanced sequencing ?
