Hello,
Does anyone have any suggestions for creating a 3700 Genotyping Spectral
using a TAMRA dye, not the NED?
Specifically, does the yellow labelled fragment have to be a certain size
in order to be recognized by the spectral creating portion of data
collection? Or can we mix the HEX,FAM,ROX spectral standards with a
previously amplified TAMRA-labelled product, of any size (or intensity for
that matter)?
