Dennis, Try dumping the firmware and letting it reload before starting your
run. I have found that on some instruments that is necessary for the 2.6
collection to work well. Usually dumping and reloading teh firmware will clear
that problem up. There is another way to dump the firmware totally, but your
engineer would have to do it. If done incorrectly you could short out the
board. Ask you engineer to try the short c14 method to dump the firmware.
