Hi, It is recommended that a ratio of 4:1:1 is for dyes, D4, D2 and D3 respectively. A colleague has discovered very high signal strength for the D4 labelled samples. Will altering the ratio cure this problem, and is anyone out there using a different ratio, or can advise on the best ratio to use? Ang ---
