I've been running my 3700 for a couple of years for sequencing only. But now
I'm ready to start fragment analysis as well. Currently I run POP5. I understand
that I need to switch back to POP6 for fragment analysis. Does anyone switch
back and forth between these two polymers frequently? Any problems? How about
spectrals and spatials? Do spectrals and spatials run under POP5 work for POP6?
