Hi Mick,
we use a 384 well bind plate product from Millipore for 3700 big dye clean
ups. The product code is S384SEQ50. They are quite expensive but we have
integrated them into our robotic system in a way which we could not do
with EtOH precipitation. Also, we find them more reliable in 384 well
clean ups than EtOH.
We have just moved to BD3 and find signal intensity to be very strong. The
Millipore plates are OK with BD and BD2. Do you use all 384 plates? - if
so you are limited to a few products.
