We have tried them on gc rich templates and they work well for us. We don't
supply them, the customers bring it with their samples. We have not ried it for
BAC's yet. We get decent results using ABI's BD v2.0 and the protocol for
cycling that they recomend inthe protocol book that comes with the kit.
