Hi Alex,
Life Technologies now Invitrogen do three sequencing reaction
additives/buffers termed Sequencer Rx buffers A, E and F. Not quite sure
how/why/what makes them work or what they do. However, I understand our
genomic finishing team have had some success with them. Perhaps someone
here knows something about these additives ?
