We do ethanol precipitation in 384; it is very good (no blob) and very
cheap.
You shoud do the sequencing reaction in 10 or 5 ul, than your volume are
small enough.
In the first case we add 28 ul of premixed Ethanol-NaAc-blu, in the
second 14 ul.
