We're using a 373 and include a pGEM control in each plate. For some reason
that we have not figured out yet, there is a big variability in the signal
strength/quality of the pGEM control - even when other samples on the plate
yield great sequence. The only constant is that we always run the pGEM in
lane 96. Has anyone else noticed this or know why it happens?
