I could see many people on methds-reagnts Newsgroup and elsewhere
looking for protocols to perform non-RI transcription start mapping
on an automated sequencer, but no answer since 1997...
Recently I found this protocol on the web :
http://bio.licor.com/App_513/App513.htm describing a method for the
LI-COR 4000L apparatus. Did anyone perform similar experiment on
ABI377. I'm a new user for this this machine and I would like to know
(1) what should be the appropriate label for the primer (2) would it
be possible to run the extended products together with a Dye
Terminated sequences (3) what are the appropriate settings on the
machine... ? I am quiet confident that primer extension can be
performed on ABI377.
