Dear All,
We are about to start a large sequencing project that would involve
sequencing a pUC variant from E.coli. We were wondering if anyone knows of
any strains of Ecoli which allow good quality DNA to be produced from it
generating good clean sequence. I have heard that some strains are better
than others.
