Okay, so this may not be the best place to ask, but I'm running out of
ideas...
Do any Phred/Phrap users out there use RepeatMasker as a pre-processor for
large assemblies? I'm having some difficulties setting up scripts and
wondered if anyone could point me to their geek in charge of this.
I've already asked Arian (the developer) and he said he knew some folks were
doing it, but didn't know who. I'm looking for the 'who'.
