Title: Bioinformatics associate
Location: Bronx, New York
Company: Albert Einstein College of Medicine
The Jack and Pearl Resnick Campus
Responsible for maintaining the hardware and software of the
genome center and development of tools, methods, and analysis
of physical map data, sequence data and gene expression data.
Your background should be a M.S. in Computational Biology,
Molecular Biology or a related field. Ideally, you can
demonstrate expertise in the administration of SUN Solaris,
plus some database experience such as (Sybase, Oracle).
Good programming skills (Java, C, C++, Perl and SQL) are highly
desirable. Experience in bioinformatics software support
would also be beneficial.
Salary will be based on the experience.
