Does anyone from this list has experience in using a
fluorescently-labelled PCR product for sequencing with the BigDye kit ?
Will the label (e.g., 6-FAM) interfere with FRET process of the labelle dye
terminators ?
The idea is that I analyze the fragment length of this PCR
product (only one allele) first and then use it for cycle sequencing
without the necessity to change the fluorescently-labelled primer by a non
labelled primer in a further PCR.
Any constructive comment is greatly appreciated
