Hello,
I'm back again. My problem with the gel chemistry ended up being a bad
lot that Amersco shipped me but with the new lot of Gene Page 5.25% I'm
getting a smeary, low signal in the beginning of my standard and was
wondering if anyone knew what could be the cause of it. The sequence
starts to clear up around 70bp but I can not get any good data for the
beginning of it. Any ideas?
