We are buying an ALF Express sequencers that we will mainly use for fragment analysis (microsatellite polymorphism) and occasionally for sequencing. I am wondering, whether Phred would be a real alternative of the commercial sequencing software from Pharmacia. Thank you in advance Istvan ---
